Hunt Zendesk: How to use

You should have a shortcut on your desktop called “Hunt Zendesk”.  This is a shortcut to our new helpdesk system.  From here, you can submit a new case or see previous cases.  Simplest method to submit a new case, though, is via an email to [e-mail] .
